2. Any damages to Cargo incurred through 3rd Parties.
3.Any damages to cargo incurred during transit when the cargo had not been insured by the
Cargo owner. (Trans Global Logistics strongly recommends that ALL cargo is insured when in transit)
4.Trans Global Logistics Ltd accepts NO liability for any Cargo that is shipped and deemed by the 
receiving country to be ‘’returned cargo’’ for any reason whatsoever.
5.All claims against any Trans Global Logistics 3rd Party Service Providers must be made directly 
to those 3rd Party Service Providers under parts 1+2 above.
6.Trans Global Logistics takes no responsibility for any Agent of Agency of Trans Global
Logistics which acts on their behalf. This includes incorrect documentation, damage,
detention, demurrage, Quay Rent or any other charges.
7.Trans Global Logistics Ltd takes no responsibility for any charges against the Cargo, this
includes: Quay rent, Demurrage, Detention, Taxes + Duties, Fines, Inspection Fees.
8.Trans Global Logistics Ltd will take no responsibility for Cargo which is measured / weighted incorrectly.
9.Trans Global Logistics Ltd will take no responsibility for incorrect description of Cargo.

CANCELLATION POLICY ( 2022/2023) REVISED

Please be advised of Trans Global Logistics Ltd Cancellation Policy

1.Any Transport Cancellation in UK / EU will be charged as follows:

  • Cancellation before 72 hours = no charge
  • Cancellation 72hours to 24hrs prior = £150.00
  • Cancellation 24hrs and less =Full cost of dead freight

2.Any cancellation must be received in writing

3.Shipping Cancellations RORO & Container

  • Cancellation up to 5 days prior to shipping at UK port =50% of full freight
  • Cancellation up to 72 hours prior shipping at UK port =75% of full freight
  • Cancellation up to and over 48 hours at UK port =100% full dead freight
