Used Trans Global Auto Logistics on the recommendation of a work associate and I could not be happier. I shipped my... vehicle, on my own dime, from Europe to the US and Trans Global did a great job keeping me informed of shipping status and timelines. They were efficient, courteous, and the quote they gave me is what I ended up paying in the end (which also happened to be significantly less than a quote I got from another company). My vehicle arrived in the exact same condition as when I dropped it off. Ray and Paris took care of me and I would absolutely do business with them again.read more

Avoid any business with this group. Dealing with them is a logistics nightmare. They are terrible with customer... service, specially Morgan, Laurie, and Jimmy are the incompetent employees that I dealt with. They are unorganized, lack communication skills and seemingly have terrible ‘middle’ man skills with companies like Pasha for services like shipping vehicles. Pasha, if you can see this then I urge to find a better company to work with. I’ve already wasted too much of my time and energy into dealing with this company.read more

ALWAYS answered my questions and... if she didn’t have the answer she guaranteed an answer within the next day.I never came across a CSR who never made me feel like an inconvenience, a trouble, or that she didn’t have to do it. Terrible service. Sat in country (Germany) for 30+ days past shipment date. Arrived 45 days late, damage to vehicle... (bumper, mirror, and side panels. The company took no responsibility, other than highlight we should of paid extra for their Marine Insurance. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!read more

Every company has an employee who is the face and voice of that company, for me and Transglobal that was Brenda. Any... company would be lucky to have her. She provided the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced and my car arrived safely to Germany. This is the worst company to deal with. They will not take ownership of any damages that happen to your car. Also it... took them over 3 1/2 months for my vehicle to arrive at the port. They wont tell you the hidden fees of port cost that come when it goes to your destination. I ended paying for damages that were cause by the them while in shipping. Again they are not military friendly. I served 20 years in the army and never been berated with the lack of respect of being a service member who has served this nation proudly to get the most disrespect from a company that cause them military friendly. Please don’t utilize this company as they dont care for your vehicle. I spoke with a representative in the process of the status of my vehicle. They just told me that you just need to wait and basically shut up. If it was not for us who have served, they basically would not have jobs to serve us.read more

Original title "Lost by FEDEX". In the past few years I've shipped multiple cars between the mainland US and Hawaii,... and now Hawaii to Germany. While this company was recommended to me for shipping my car to Germany, I can't recommend them to others. First of all it took almost four months to get the car to Germany. That's a long time to be without your car. A good chunk of the time was the car sitting in a lot in Compton, CA. I know because I could see where the car was the whole time. Very slow. Then when the car got to Germany, they made one email attempt to contact me, and since the email went to my spam, if I hadn't contacted them, I guess my car would still be sitting there. Then the customs people here sent me a pile of paperwork to fill out, with some of them being the wrong forms (thank goodness I have co-workers that read German). But then after receiving the car, I asked multiple times where my title was, and they said "it was being mailed". After four months of waiting they finally admit that the title is "lost" and claim it was lost in the mail. Mmmm hmmm. So now I'm going to have to spend another sum of money to try and get a replacement title, from the US....while I'm stuck in Germany. I do not recommend this company. I will use another company when I go backread more

Working with trans global has been an amazing experience. From trying to begin a process without hard dates to... suffering mechanical issues and arriving later than expected at the dock, the team that works for trans global have been amazing. They helped our process of getting the truck to its destination and I feel blessed by the angels at Trans Global who assisted us along the way. Mandy was a breath of fresh air as the process for me was a first time endeavor. I feel grateful that she was the one who handled the whole entire process and even helped me laugh when I stressed out and thought I messed up my money order.
