When I decided to ship a car from the United States it was clear that shipping a vehicle of this size would need some special care and attention.
Trans Global Logistics UK Ltd helped my import my car and get it registered. As in my case the car was actually a converted van to a motorhome, this proved to be a little longer when passing through a IVA test, as the test can scrutinise parts that I didn’t think would be necessary. However Trans Global Logistics UK Ltd have looked after my vehicle throughout the process.

I am writing to highly commend one of your employees namely Kameron Horne.
First and foremost Kameron was immediate to reply to our initial enquiry with regards to a shipment from UK to Malta.
Both my son and I were in the UK for only a matter of a few days to buy a car and arrange for the transportation. However since we had to view the car first before deciding to buy, we were unable to have all the logistics in place beforehand. Consequently everything had to be arranged in a matter of 2 days.
Kameron, and her exemplary customer service guided us through the process accordingly. She kept in constant contact with us every step of the way and her confident reassurance was very welcomed, especially since my son was quite anxious about the safety and security of the car.
Furthermore Kameron was even in contact with us whilst she was on her annual leave.
Having worked for many years in the service industry, this level of commitment and dedication to her job is very hard to come by and especially someone who goes that extra mile.
I trust you will pass on our most sincere appreciation for all that she has done for us.

Import My car (Mercedes 1983)

Trans Global logistics was great when I decided to Import my car from the United Sates, they looked after all aspects of the import process as well as looking after all the registration process for the United Kingdom.
The process took a little longer than usual mainly due to DVLA Classic Car rules, so it’s important to check the different rules between Historic & Classic Car import.
Classic cars get taxed on import to UK based on the age of the car up to 40 years old and anything old takes a different tax bracket as a historic car.

brilliant collection- very well cared for- only didn't give 5 stars as the communication outside the UK was a little stressful- as the driver wouldn't communicate with the owner of the car, and would only communicate through myself ( PA to the owner, because i had booked it) - other than that- excellent service - would use again

Trans Global Logistics helped me get my rare 2001 Lotus shipped from the UK to Canada. This was my first time importing a vehicle, and a few mistakes on my end. Roza was extremely professional and helpful with getting everything sorted so the car could be delivered safely. Roza went above and beyond what any other shipping company would do. Man what can i say, being military and having 2 of my 25 year old classic cars shipped to the USA was frightening at first. I absolutely had no idea how the process works. Roza did an absolute amazing job at making everything go as smooth as possible. She took care of absolutely everything. I was so worried my vehicles would have problems at customs since they are track driven vehicles and somewhat expensive and sought after. This is the place to go, if you want peace of mind and know that your vehicle(s) will be taken care of, transglobal is the way forward. Ask for Roza and she will get everything squared away. From drop off to pick up at your front door at your new location.

The stateside DMV lost my V5 and Roza was kind enough to send me photocopies of my documents. This is customer service! Absolute LIFE SAVER!

Fantastic customer service from beginning to end. Shipped my car from Keesler,MS to the UK and took about 2 months (typical for conus to Europe). The car came just as I left it, so absolutely no issues.
Trans Global made the process extremely easy, affordable, and they are very accommodating throughout the process. Communication was great, with the US and UK team reaching out and ready to assist. I would definitely use Trans Global when shipping a second vehicle again!
UPDATE (24 Mar 2024): Used TGL to ship out vehicle back to the US. Their service and professionalism continue to have 5-star ratings. They helped and communicated at every step of the way. Their transparency in the process is great, you know what is going to happen and when your vehicle will be there. Awesome team and brilliant service from start to finish!

Trans Global were awesome in helping personally ship my classic Porsche from the UK to the US and took care of everything. Roza was very helpful and worked with me and kept up with me from dropping it off until it arrived to my house! Would suggest and go through them any day!
